How its Made:

Our Sprouted Ragi malt mix is made by roasting sprouted ragi grains until golden, then grind into a powder, combined with cashews, almonds, and a touch of cardamom flavoring. Use this powder to prepare instant ragi malt by mixing with hot milk or water and sweetener. This simple yet nutritious blend packs a punch, rich in iron and calcium, essential for maintaining healthy bones and preventing iron deficiency.

How to cook:

  1. Add 1 Tbsp of powder mix to 1 cup of boiling milk or water;
  2. Boil for about 3-4 mins it thickens slightly;
  3. Add jaggery powder, sugar or any sweetener as per your taste.
  4. Remove from heat and serve.
