Thank you for visiting and shopping at harithaherbals.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping and delivery policy:
- Products ordered through our website for delivery within India are shipped through our delivery partner if delivery service to the destination is available. In absence of courier service to the desired location, please contact us so that we can arrange delivery through other courier services available to your destination.
Right now, we do not offer shipping outside India. But we’ll start providing the service soon.
Shipping rates and delivery time:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Shipping charges will be based on the weight of the items ordered and the delivery address.
- We offer free shipping for order value above Rs. 500/-.
- After your order and payment confirmation, items will be shipped within 48 hrs and delivery will take up to 1-7 days depending on the address to be delivered.
Shipping confirmation and order tracking:
- You will receive a confirmation email once your ordered is placed. A tracking ID will be provided by the courier service through email.
