Return or Exchange:
Returns or Exchanges are allowed only in extraordinary cases mentioned below:
- Products have expired by the time they are delivered.
- The seal is tampered or packaging is open.
- We do not hold any responsibility for any damage caused during shipping. Please contact the shipping person in case of issues related to damage during delivery.
- Proof of purchase (bill) and original packaging has to be provided at the time of exchange. Products once used are not eligible to exchange or return.
For our food products, including ready-to-cook range, we do not add any artificial ingredients or external preservatives. Hence, for them to stay fresh and flavorful, it is advisable to store them in dry and air tight packaging to avoid pests. Or in case the food products purchased are consumed after a later time, it is advisable to store them in refrigerator so that they retain their packed flavors for long periods.
