Haritha Foods' Millet Upma is a Tasty and energetic ready-to-cook Millet breakfast. Made from Multi millet whole grains: Jowar, Barnyard and Little millet rava/suji. Hand-roasted in desi cow ghee.
Ingredients: Ghee roasted millet rava (Jowar, Little and Barnyard), urad dal, channa dal, mustard seeds, cumin, curry leaves, cashew, fresh ginger, pepper & Himalayan pink salt.

How to Cook:
1. For 1 cup of upma mix odd 4.5 cups of water.
2. When the water starts boiling, add the upma mix and str
3. Place the lid and stir occasionally until cooked to smooth but runny consistency. Do not cook it very dry. Serve Hot.
For Pressure Cooker:
1. For 1 cup of upma mix add 4 cups of water.
2. Put on the lid and whistle and cook on medium for 5 mins.
Remove and Serve Hot.
4. This packet contains salt. Taste and odd if required. Ins. Remove and Serve Hot.
